What Breathwork at PORTAL Therapy Is Like

A breathwork session at PORTAL consists of a transformative 2-hour session. If you are interested in diving all the way in, consider our expansive 11-week series. 

  • Explore Your Human Design: Explore your Human Design chart as a living map of your energy and nervous system. The first session includes a grounded and practical overview of your full chart. The following nine sessions move through each energy center, helping you understand how conditioning has shaped your experience. The final session focuses on integration, reflection, and embodiment.
  • Rebirth Your Energy: Enter a state of deep relaxation through guided Rebirthing Breathwork, affirmations, and visualization. In this regulated, supportive space, suppressed emotions and old patterns are safely felt and released, allowing the nervous system to unwind and reset at its own pace.
  • Integrate and Align: Incorporate the emotional releases and somatic insights from each session into your daily life, supporting a more regulated nervous system, clearer decision-making, and a felt sense of alignment across your whole being.
